Our venue space is the perfect place to host any private event, from weddings to business conferences. Our intimate setting can seat about 50 comfortably.
Our most common rentals are baby/bridal showers, birthday parties, graduation parties, and local business conferences.

Absolutely! You are more than welcome to hire any food catering company and have them deliver to your event. You can also bring in your own food - just be sure to keep in mind that our kitchenette is limited!

Yes, of course! Due to the age of the house and our commitment to preserving it, we ask that the only adhesive used is painter’s tape or masking tape.
Please do not use hooks, tacks, command strips, putty, or anything else that could leave permanent damage. Thank you!

Yes, we provide furniture! We offer a variety of rectangle, round, and square tables that are included with your rental. Depending on the type/size of your event, we will customize the layout just how you want it.

We do not currently have a sound system in our house, (something is in the works!), however renters are more than welcome to bring their own speakers for their event.

We have lots of parking areas around our campus. There is convenient street parking on High St. in front of the house, along with some parking along both sides of our house, and our pool parking lot, less than a minute walk to the house, has ample parking spots for guests.

Yes - for our 6 hour rental blocks, we reserve the hour before and the hour after for setup and cleanup. This time is included in the total rental fee.

Depending on our staffing, we can add additional time to your rental block. This extra time would be added on through the back end by a DCH staff member - feel free to email or call our Events Coordinator to inquire. lruffing@dchma.org or (781)-329-5740 Ext. 100.
