LIABILITY WAIVER

I understand and agree that my participation in activities at or through The Dedham Community House (DCH), including the use of its facilities, involves inherent risks. I accept that DCH, its staff, directors, and representatives, are not liable for any injury, illness, or property damage I may suffer while present at or participating in any DCH activity. This release extends to risks resulting from: i) my conduct or the conduct of others, and/or ii) the known and unknown risks naturally present in such facilities and activities. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks related to my engagement with DCH. I further agree to waive any claims against DCH and to indemnify and hold DCH harmless from any losses, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) incurred as a result of my participation, my actions or inactions, or my assumption of these risks. By signing this document, I affirm that I am 18 years of age or older and that I have thoroughly read, understood, and consented to the terms of this waiver. I also confirm that these terms apply to any minor for whom I am a legal parent or guardian, and I am authorized to sign on their behalf *
